Bio
Mourad Rabah is involved in several national and European research projects. His scientific topics of interest concern interactive adaptive systems where the system adapts its execution to users interactions and behaviors. Recent works focus on the exploitation of system’s execution traces in order to improve the efficiency of decision-making mechanisms for system’s activities adaptation, determine users' processes and recommend a sequence of steps in the application most appropriate to their profile and goals. Research objectives are reached using Process Mining technics. Several case studies are considered: Intelligent Tutoring Systems (ITS), e-Learning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer-Relationship Management (CRM), Serious Games.
Another part of his research explores the use of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) and more specifically the BlockChain (BC) to respond to both security and decentralization issues in the management of IoT devices. This work aims to propose lightweight consensus that requires low computation and ensures fairness among nodes based on guarantee and reputation scores.
