How to log in

1. On the RIIS homepage, click on the "Sign In" button

2. On Sign in page, click on the "Sign In" button

3. You are redirected to your institutional login (here shown in French). Log in with your institutional credentials like in any other application.

4. Once you are logged in, you are redirected to the homepage, with your name appearing in the top right corner. The button next to your name allows you to log out.

How to update my profile

1. Once logged in (see above), click on your name in the top right corner. You will be redirected to your profile page. Click on the different "Edit" buttons to complete your profile:

Profile page glossary:

Profile picture: Upload a profile picture on the left hand side of your name.

Profile info: On the right hand side of your name, click on the "Pen" button to complete your job position, research profile (European Research Career Framework research profile: R2 Recognised Researcher; R3 Established Researcher; R4 Leading Researcher), gender and ORCiD ID.

Contact info: Postal address, your presence on the web: research platforms, websites, social networks.

Disciplines, scientific fieds, research areas: Select one discipline, and then one scientific field or up to three research areas.

Key words: Enter key words reflecting your scientific expertise, skills, and other competences. Click on the "+" button to add a key word and repeat to add new a key word.

Degrees: Information about your degrees.

Can be a PhD supervisor: Click on the "switch" button if you are qualified to be a PhD supervisor.

News about me: Your latest news and events.

Projects: You can list here your research projects. Complete the title, description, start/end dates and website URL. Once saved, you can enter another project.

About me: Miscellaneous, trivia about you.

Published: In the top right corner, the "Published" button allows you to make your profile public or private. If it is switched off, visitors of the RIIS will not be able to visit your profile.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in, or I would like to report an issue with the data: something is incorrect or missing

Please reach your local administrator for login issues, or the administrator of the institution whose data should be edited. Please find below the list of local administrators:
